The Partnership in Education Program (PEP) gives students, who otherwise wouldn't have the chance, an opportunity to live and learn about the marine sciences. But the Partnership wouldn't exist if it wasn't for the very special partnership between Ambrose Gerald, a 33 year veteran at Woods Hole's National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and George Liles, director of the Woods Hole aquarium.
In this Naturally Speaking George and Ambrose discuss how their friendship provides a model for their diversity program. And how they sometimes have to divide up responsibilities by race.
